The focus of life coaching is on helping you make positive changes, by identifying and overcoming obstacles, gaining clarity about your values and priorities, and developing strategies to achieve your goals.
How it Works
I offer a one-to-one coaching package which includes a one-hour, weekly coaching session over Zoom.
I also offer a 24/7 support line via WhatsApp where you can contact me for accountability and motivation.
During the sessions we will dive into what it is you truly want from life using a variety of techniques. Once we have established what you want, we look to set small, achievable goals which will help move you in a positive direction. We will use visualisation techniques and problem solving strategies to help you foresee and overcome potential barriers in your path to achieve success.
